These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Avamosa’s website at avamosa.com and our apps, including Pencil-it and Flurish Academy (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

• Provide accurate information when creating an account, if applicable.
